Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When you request a quote, book a cleaning, or contact us, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, phone number, email address, home address, and details about your home (such as square footage and the type of cleaning you need). We also collect basic technical information when you visit our website, such as your browser type and pages visited.

How we use your information

• To provide quotes, schedule cleanings, and deliver our services
• To communicate with you about your appointments and requests
• To send you special offers and promotions by email or text message, only if you have opted in
• To improve our website and services

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to receive text messages from us, we use your phone number to send appointment reminders, service updates, and occasional special offers through our messaging provider, TextMagic. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. See our SMS Terms & Conditions for full details. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How we protect your information

We limit access to your personal information to team members who need it to serve you, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. Quote request details are stored securely and are not publicly accessible.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate our business — such as our scheduling, email, and text messaging providers — and only as needed to provide our services to you.

Your choices

You can opt out of marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, and opt out of text messages by replying STOP. You may also contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, or to request that we correct or delete it.
